Job objective
As a painter, you are responsible for the professional spraying and finishing of large equipment, ensuring the highest quality and a long-lasting finish. You will work closely with other team members to complete projects within deadlines and established quality standards, with an emphasis on prioritizing execution methods.
Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for spraying, including cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections.
  • Plan and organize painting work according to priority principles, painting the interior and exterior of parts in the correct order to avoid damage and maximize efficiency. (For example, paint the inside of a door first before painting the outside.)
  • Apply various painting techniques (e.g., airless painting, traditional painting techniques) to ensure a consistent finish.
  • Select and mix paints and coating materials based on technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Monitor the quality of the spraying and adjust as needed.
  • Maintain and clean the spraying equipment and work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments (such as maintenance and assembly) to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Keep records of the materials used and the time spent.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sprayer, preferably in the large equipment industry.
  • Knowledge of various paint and coating materials, as well as spraying techniques.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, safety requirements, and the importance of priorities in spraying processes.
  • Physical ability to work standing for long periods of time.
  • Team spirit and good communication skills.
  • Ideally, relevant training in finishing technology or a similar field.
  •  Proficiency in English or Dutch is required.
  •  Good physical condition and willingness to do manual labor.

  • Presentation of the clean criminal record document. (Mandatory)
