MAIN FUNCTIONS
- To lead Rubicon's daily operations in the Nordic region;
- Supervise local and deployed teams, ensuring efficiency and quality of service;
- Implement growth and market expansion strategies;
- Manage partnerships with operators, municipal authorities, and suppliers;
- To ensure legal compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering or related fields;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, logistics, or general management;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- English proficiency (required); skills in Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi are valued;
- Experience with CRM, data analysis, and fleet management;
- Availability for regular travel between Sweden and Denmark.
